Notary Association of Bac Kan Province

Notary Public Office No. 1 of Bac Kan province was established under Decision No. 41 / TCCQ dated February 14, 1997 of the Government organization board of Bac Kan province which is regarding the establishment of departments under the Department of Justice. At that time, this notary was called the State Notary Public Office No. 1. In 1999, according to Decision No. 247/1999 / QD-UB dated March 29, 1999 of the People's Committee of Bac Kan province on separating the State Notary Public Office into the Notary Public Office No. 1 of Bac Kan province which is an independent office under the Department of Justice.

Notary Public Office No. 2 of Bac Kan province is a notarial practice organization being established under Decision No. 756 / QD-UBND dated April 15, 2009 of Bac Kan Province People's Committee on establishing Notary Public Office No. 2 of Bac Kan province. Kan. This a Semi-autonomous agency under the Department of Justice which has legal status, private seal and account.

Notary Public Office No. 3 in Bac Kan province is a notarial practice organization being established under Decision No. 22 / QD-UBND dated January 7, 2011 of Bac Kan Province People's Committee on establishing Notary Public Office No. 3. This a Semi-autonomous agency under the Department of Justice which has legal status, private seal and account at the State Treasury of Bac Kan province.

In 2015, Notary Association of Bac Kan province was established under Decision No. 2045 / QD-UBND dated December 14, 2015 of Bac Kan Province People's Committee. On June 8, 2016, notaries of Bac Kan province successfullyheld the first Congress of Notaries Association (term 2016-2021) in which Mr. Duong Duc Binh was elected as the chairman of the Association.

After being approved by Bac Kan province People's Committee in the Decision No. 1289 / QD-UBND dated August 12, 2016, the Association has been officially run. Simultaneously, the executive committee of the Association held the first meeting to consolidate the organization and personnel as well as assign particular tasks to the members and set up professional committees which are in charge of assisting the executive committee such as: Inspection Committee, rewards and punishments department, etc.

Mr. Duong Duc Binh who is the chairman of the Association has moved to practice his profession in another province. Thus, for the rest of his term, Mr. Nguyen Le Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Association is temporarily in charge of the leader of the executive association.
