Along with the socio-economic development, the demand for notarization of transaction contracts is gradually increasing that leads to an increase in the number of notaries. Up to now, the province has 7 notarial practice organizations with 12 members. In the last term, the provincial notary association basically complied with the provisions of the law ,was under the state management of competent agencies and met the needs of individuals and organizations participating in civil – economic transactions. Furtheremore, this has reduced the workload of the state. The notarial activities has actively contributed to the socio-economic development of the province during the economic reform of the national administration and judiciary.
The 2nd Provincial Executive Committee of the Provincial notary association, term 2021-2024 is launched to the Congress.

The Congress of notary association for the term 2021-2024 elected an executive committee consisting of 3 members. Mr. Mai Hanh continues to be elected as the Chairman of the Provincial notary association for the term 2021-2024. The Congress elects a delegation including 1 member to attend the 2nd Congress of National notary association for the term 2021-2024.
