On February 19 morning, The Notary Association Of Binh Duong Province held the second congress for the term 2021-2024. At the conference, there were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Director of the Department of Southern Affairs, Ministry of Justice; Mr. Hoang Xuan Hoan, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Notaries; leaders of a number of agencies, departments, branches, associations and 72 delegates who are members and notaries from 39 notarial practice organizations in the province.
Delegates vote to elect the new Executive Committee
The Notary Association Of Binh Duong Province is a professional social organization. During the last term, the association has performed well its function of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members; simultaneously, coordinating with state management agencies to effectively manage notarization activities in the province, contributing to ensure the legal safety for civil transaction activities in the province.
During the last term, the number of members has increased that has created a stable human resource for the development of the notary profession and met the needs of socio-economic development of the locality
The new Executive committee was introduced at the congress
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Provincial Notaries Association for the term 2021-2024 including 9 members. Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Ngoc was re-elected as the President of the association. The General Meeting also elects the Commendation and Disciplinary Council; The Inspection Committee and 6 delegates to attend the National Congress of Notary Deputies.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh congratulated the success of the congress. He also wished that the Executive committee of the new term would continue to promote the achievements achieved in the last term, continue to uphold professional ethics, well coordinate and perfect the association's charter, organize the professional refresher courses; simultaneously overcome difficulties and obstacles to perform well the role and responsibilities of the representative organization protecting the legitimate interests of members in the province.
