VIETNAMESE DELIGATIONATTENDS INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF NOTARIES IN MEXICO.

The Vietnamese delegation, led by Ms. Le Thi Danh - Vice President of the Notary Association of Vietnam, attended the annual conference and symposium of the International Union of Notaries, which took place from November 29^th  to December 3^rd, 2022.

The International Union of Notaries (UINL) holds its 30th Annual Meeting at the Cancun Convention Center, Mexico. There were 91 Notary Associations of 91 countries around the world. The conference elected a new Board of Directors of UINL for the term 2022-2025, the Chairman is Mr. Lionel Galliez (France).

The delegation of the Notary Association of Vietnam  consists of 5 members, divided into 2 delegations to attend the plenary meeting taking place on November 29 and 30, 2022; The seminar from December 1-3, 2022.

At the plenary meeting, therewere Ms. Le Thi Danh - Vice President of the Notary Association of Vietnam, Notary Ho Nhat Tu Trinh and Nguyen Thanh Dinh attended. The conference has elected a new president of the International Union of Notaries for the term 2022-2025, the President is Mr. Lionel Galliez (France).

On December 1^st, 2022, at the seminar, a delegation of Vietnamese notaries was in charge of a seminar with 11 member countries. The content is about digital technology application in notarial activities. On December 2, at the second topic, the Vietnamese delegation was in charge of a speech with 5 member countries with the topic "A great economic recovery in notarization in Vietnam post Covid-19 pandemic".

The Vietnamese delegation fully participated in activities and actively contributed to the success of the conference. This shows the position and the deeper integration of the Vietnamese notary with the international one which is totally in line with the foreign policy of the Party and State.

As the 84th member of the International Union of Notaries, the Vietnamese delegation received the attention and exchange of experiences of other countries delegations. This creates an important contribution to enhancing the position of the Vietnamese notary association in the globalization.

Mr. Lionel Galliez - President of the International Union of Notaries highly appreciated the cooperation activities between the Notary Association of Vietnam and the Supreme Notary Council of France. He affirmed that he would pay more attention to the cooperation relationship with Vietnam in the term of notarization.

Before the results achieved in the process of joining the union, the delegations of many countries attending this conference expressed their desire to come to work and share experiences with the notary industry in the coming time.

Ms. Le Thi Danh - Vice President of the Notary Association of Vietnam  said: "After this meeting, the Notary Association of Vietnam will implement the contents of the legal cooperation program that the Ministry of Finance and The Justice Ministry has signed a contract with the Federal Ministry of Justice of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Appendix to the cooperation program between the Notary Association of Vietnam  and the Supreme Notary Council of France, we  will expand further cooperative relations with countries in the Commission on Asian Affairs (CAAs) and around the world”.
